As a project team, answer questions and document in JIRA subtask:
- Training, Discovery, Requirements, and Config: What worked well, what could we improve?
- Go Live Prep: What worked well, what could we improve?
- Go Live and Onsite Support: What worked well, what could we improve? Scan the issue log to look for themes, recurring issues, etc.
- Project Closeout: What were the major areas of feedback from the clinic? What did the project team feel that we could have done differently?
- Operational Learnings: Now that the clinics has been live for a while, are there any key learnings that have emerged after a couple of months of steady use? Are the users using EMR in the way that we had originally intended?
