Steps in bulletin content creation:
- Analyst or CI identifies work item content as bulletin-worthy
- Analyst or CI adds a Jira ticket label: "Bulletin"
- In the work item, a Sub-Task is created
- title the Sub-Task: "Create Bulletin Content"
- enters assignee: usually the analyst who completes the work item/Jira
- if assignee is a developer, assign Sub-Task to an analyst who can work with the developer to create the Bulletin content
- In each of the work items with "Bulletin" as a label, change the label from: "Bulletin" to "Bulletin-YYYY-MMM" if the content will be added to the current issue
- The assignee creates bulletin content in the VCH Profile EMR Help webpage (sign into Zendesk)
- search for the unpublished article with: "ADD NEW CONTENT HERE - Profile EMR Bulletin < issue # >" in the title
- place article content into the bulletin template under: "< add article content here >," see Appendix 1 (below)
- assignee includes the following in the article content:

- title for the article
- text for the body of the article (please limit this to 1-2 sentences, if possible)
- Snag-it shots from Profile EMR
- link to Profile EMR User Help File
- ensure edits are made to Profile EMR User Help File prior to creating article content
- adds the article title in the "This Issue" section (at the very top of the bulletin) and creates a hyperlink to the article using: "Add Link"

- After enough content appears in the unpublished article, CIS:
- changes the name of the article to: "DO NOT MODIFY - Profile EMR Bulletin < issue # > < date >"
- edits the articles
- reviews a near-final version of the bulletin with CIMs, CISs, involved analysts

- PCCIS website (Profile EMR > Resources & Support)
- Profile EMR Bulletins on our External Zendesk

- After final version of bulletin has been approved, CI will publish the bulletin on the External Zendesk and email the bulletin to Profile EMR POS Contacts (i.e. site leads and super users)
- Assignee will change the status of the Sub-Task "Create Bulletin Content" from: To-Do, to: Done
- CI will create a new bulletin template with heading: "ADD NEW CONTENT HERE - Profile EMR Bulletin < issue # >"
