MSP Teleplan is the B.C. Ministry of Health MSP telecommunications system for securely submitting claims and notes, receiving remittance information, and checking patient eligibility.
It receives and processes over 9 million claims monthly, valued at approximately $330 million. Approximately 98.8% of all claims are processed within 30 days, with the majority being paid within 14 days. Processing times depend on the timing of the submissions and the complexity of the claims. Payments are made at the middle and end of each month, either by electronic funds transfer or by cheque.

Teleplan Data Centre #
The Teleplan Data Centre # identifies the organization submitting claims.
In VCH Profile EMR we use the "VCH Community" Teleplan Data Centre #, which is T7326. (A system can only have a single Teleplan Data Centre #.)
