Can users/clinics request a change to the Wait List Module ?
IE. Filters, Column Headers or Wait List Type
Answer:
Yes they can submit a request for a change to the Wait List Module.
This request will then be reviewed at Intake Meeting and assigned to an analysts or put into the backlog. Following our current workflow.
Note: The Wait List Module is a global feature within Profile EMR therefore careful consideration must be made for every change that is requested as if impacts other clinics workflow.
