Background
A common block out rule gets created in Profile EMR which interferes with Raven Song Embedded View.
Reason why the block out rule interferes with Raven Song Embedded view is under investigation.
Steps to Resolve the Issue
Go to Appointment Rules under Maintain tab in Profile EMR
Select All Rules from the drop down menu
Go to Common Rule
Search for the rule that is created in error and delete the rule
Once deleted, notify the user why the rule has been deleted and they could use the Day block out functionality in the calendar view to block out the day for POS.
