Procura Portal will occasionally produces a server error on one or both of the servers. This will cause the following error message to appear when opening Procura Portal:
To resolve this issue, contact the SA on-call and ask for the fix for a ‘server error in application for Procura Portal’ in Production or which ever environment is being affected.
