Background
The Unsigned Results report contains all results and reports which have not been signed off for 7 days or more. It is the clinic’s responsibility to review and get the results signed off on a weekly basis. The report is updated on weekdays and is accessible 7 days a week.
Note: The Unsigned Results report may also be referred to as the Unsigned Transactions report.
Report Spreadsheet
SA's upload the daily report into EMR. The spreadsheet consists of two tabs (instructions and data). Instructions tab pertains the website login and the password. The report is on the second tab.
