Users should not use Production environment to practice Profile EMR functionality, and instead should use the Self-Train environment. Users log in as per role and test user accounts with passwords are found in the external Zendesk article:
Note: The EMR Self Train environment is refreshed on a regular schedule and on an adhoc basis. This means previous admin/clinical entries are removed from the training client’s medical record and EMR updates are added. For more info, see High-Level Diagrams of EMR Environments.
