Exporting SHx Codes from Profile EMR
Publish the SHx Codes on Zendesk
SHx Codes are exported from Profile EMR every 2nd Monday of the Month and published on the external Zendesk article Social History/Risk (SHx) Codes.
Exporting SHx Codes from Profile EMR
1. Login to EMR Support environment with a Sys Admin account
2. Select Disease Codes under menu-item Maintain:
3. Enter shx in the search field in the Disease Codes window:
4. Select Save As under the menu item File to save out the codes as a CSV file.
- Save in: \\vch\departments\PCAC_EMR\01 - PCCEMR\Work Items\00 - All Items (JIRA)\EMR-3245 Update the list of Social Hx codes on Zendesk
- Subfolder: List of Codes
- File name: SHX Codes - <month YYYY>
- Save as type: CSV
Publish the SHx Codes on Zendesk
Copy and Paste the Code and Description column into the following Zendesk Article:
