Hello <POS> team,
Profile EMR and Clinical Informatics has been informed by Excelleris of the upcoming outage (below this email).
We would like explain how this outage may affect your POS. Essentially:
1. It is possible that your POS does not receive results (or other transactions) into Profile EMR on Sunday
2. Any results that were not received on Sunday will be imported Monday. That is to say, these labs will be one day late.
3. Because this is a global Excelleris outage, other systems may also be affected (e.g. CareConnect)
Please let us know if you have any questions around this messaging.
Best regards,

Comms for delay in Excelleris lab import
Hello <POS Contact>
There is an issue today with the Excelleris lab reports importing into Profile EMR for JRC POS. Profile EMR team is reaching out to Excelleris to find out how to resolve this asap. We don’t have scope yet on how long it will take to resolve the issue, but it’s possible that it is more than one day. We will keep you informed as we know more.
It would be advisable to the CareConnect link in Profile EMR to check any labs that may have resulted today, until the issue is resolved, as CareConnect is not affected by this issue.
Best regards,
