Scenario: Clinician/Staff member wants to be added to one of Read/Write clinics and has completed the training. They have an existing Read Only account.
Background: User no longer requires Read-only access and therefore their existing RO account should be converted to a full access - Read/Write account.
Open user's RO account and proceed with the changes outlined below for the required tabs:
Roles:
- Remove Clinical Read-Only role
- Add new role (i.e. Registered Nurse, Allied Health, Counsellor, etc.)
- Apply and click OK to close the account
Re-open the user account
Member Of:
- Remove Read Only Team (ZRO POS)
- Add the team (POS) as requested
- Ensure Ask for POS is ticked if user is member of multiple teams
Grants:
- Add the Grant(s) for the RW clinic(s).
General:
- Remove the (Do Not Task) if present in the Full name field
- Apply and click OK to close the account
