Future Enhancements & Considerations
Background
PARIS Quick View allows users to retrieve key assessment forms from the PARIS system within a predefined timeframe. The tool ensures that the most recent version of each form is displayed, regardless of the team responsible for completing the assessment.
Key Features:
- Displays the most recent version of each form.
- Extends the date range for viewable forms from 3 months to 1 year.
- Includes additional assessments: MHSU Screener and Extended Leave Tracking.
- Improved accessibility for MHSU Clinicians by increasing available historical data.
Limitations & Constraints:
- Extended Leave Reports: Information for extended leave may not be visible in Quick View if only completed forms are displayed. Staff may need to check directly in PARIS for open assessments.
- Performance Testing Required: System modifications must undergo testing to ensure no negative impact on performance.
