Profile EMR Icon is available in VPP application folder when User is using a Desktop computer as well as Citrix, but does not work on login of a WOW computer - no Profile EMR icon is found in VPP folder.
Resolution:
1. WOW computers are configured as CST BLUE Machines.
2. They are optimized for Fast user switching in clinical environments and are not setup for User personalized use.
3. Even though it may seem to the user that they are logging in with their own account, they are actually logging in with a Generic account CST PHC User in the back end.
4.The solution is to add INFOSYS group (RegionalShortcut VCH-PHC EMR Production) to the user account.
