Window account log-in screen appears
- When attempting to log into Procura Desktop, a Windows account log in screen appears. This may appear when a user has recently changed their password. Solution: Get the user to log in using their Windows account instead.
User default department error in Dated note
- When a Dated date is created, an error message, "The user default department is not valid. The user cannot be added to the File In List as an employee. Click the File In button to add an employee" is appeared. Solution: It is a known Procura bug. The issue has been reported to the vendor and a fix is pending. Procura is requiring the User to belong to the HS department, which is not valid. Advise user to click 'ok' to continue. Note can be documented and sent as normal.
Procura stuck minimized
- Using the Windows Show Desktop button will cause Procura to minimize and freeze. The user will only be able to close the window by logging off through the Citrix Connection Center or by having an admin close their Citrix session.
