Desktop password changes are only requested by back office staff.
- Log into Procura - Production
- Search for the employee requesting the password change
- General folder | Edit User
- Update the Password and Confirm fields to a new temporary password for the user
- Tick the User must change password at next login checkbox
- Call the user back/send the user an email confirming their username and their temporary password
Alternatively, you can do this through the Maintenance menu.
- Go to Maintenance | Users
- Scroll through the Users section on the left-hand side to find the user's profile
- Double-click on the username
- Follow steps 4 through 6 as above.
