- Confirm this user has had access before and was using successfully
- Confirm they are on the User list – if they do not have access this may be the cause of the error (https://cct.vch.ca/Admin/Users)
- Confirm user is in Google Chrome when accessing CCT. Some computers still default to Internet Explorer and users may not realize they are in IE (see 3.0 below).
- Please perform a complete restart of your computer – stay on the line while the user does this or have them call you back when done
If they continue to receive the error message, please escalate to
