Problem
Users who are using Mac computers to access EMR are not able to use typing templates. When they type the backslash key, it does not pull in the typing template.
Solution
Mac keyboards are different from PC keyboards. The workaround for Mac users is to use SHIFT + less than key (<) instead of backslash.
