Problem
User is trying to modify an Encounter Note for a client but it says that it's currently in use by them.
Solution
1. Log in to Citrix.
2. Find and kill the stuck application.
3. Re-log in to EMR, when you get the prompt of the previous session, kill it, and record is unlocked.
4. If you cannot find the stuck application, try to re-log into different Citrix server, or get help from Citrix team if it does not work.
