Problem
Sometimes, Scan Processor can be frozen and user has to kill it, so some documents might have not been imported successfully, but source files in fax folder have already been deleted. In this case, files need to be retrieved back.
Solution
1. Navigate to the fax folder in file explorer,
2. Right click and select Properties.
3. Go to Previous Versions tab, select a backup before freeze time.
4. Click Copy button to save it to another location, let user review the files and move them back to fax folder if needed.
