Problem
Unable to save changes to a user account, generates a message:

Clicking on Yes (or anything) does not solve the problem.
This happens to various people at various times - anybody with a Sys Admin account
Solution
This happens when somebody else has a User Account open.
Remedy: Email the EMR Team (VCHPCCEMRTEAM@vch.ca) and TAC team (IMITSPCCommunity@vch.ca) asking for anyone with the user account open to close it.
Prevention: Close User Account as soon as you are done with it
