If you receive any questions about a client’s eligibility whether or not they have a booked appointment, please always consult with the Clinic Operations Lead. A client may be eligible for numerous reasons: Age-based cohort, Clinically Extremely Vulnerable (CEV), Indigenous, Healthcare worker.
Do not turn anyone away without consulting with the Clinic Operations Lead.
