This is usually due to a Windows 10 update. To remediate:
- Call Service Desk to let them know this computer is receiving a BitLocker screen
- Service Desk will provide a string of numbers for you to enter
- Once all entered, the computer will start up as normal
Note: It will likely have to be a Health Authority staff that calls for expediency
If issue persists, this may be due to a loose chassis (case). There is a built in security measure if there is physical tampering of the hard drive to access it's data. Tightening the screws may resolve the issue.
