As of February 9, 2026, following the v9 Patch (version 9.0.11.A2.7) upgrade, the Clinical Info Panel display behaviour has been improved. Clinics no longer need to adjust screen resolution or DPI settings to make the panel visible.
Key Change From Previous Versions
In prior Profile EMR version 9.0.11.A2.4, users may need to lower their display scaling (e.g. from 125% to 100%) to make the Clinical Info Panel visible.
This workaround is no longer required after the v9 Patch upgrade.
The system now automatically manages the visibility of the Clinical Info Panel based on available screen space.
When the Clinical Info Panel Will Display
The Clinical Info Panel will automatically appear when the workstation’s vertical screen resolution is above 850 pixels.
Examples:
- 1080 @ 125% = 864 px → Panel will display
- 900 @ 100% = 900 px → Panel will display
When the Panel Will Be Hidden
If the available vertical resolution is 850 px or lower, the Clinical Info Panel will remain hidden to preserve workspace.
Examples:
- 1080 @ 150% = 720 px → Panel hidden
- 900 @ 125% = 720 px → Panel hidden
- 768 @ 100% = 768 px → Panel hidden
Indicator When Hidden
When the Clinical Info Panel is hidden, users will see: “Hover to show Clinical Info Panel”. This appears in light grey text at the center of the title bar. Hovering over this text temporarily reveals the panel.
