A user may need their Citrix LAN Service reset, if issues cannot be resolved with display of Profile EMR.
- The Support (ServiceNow) ticket should be updated and redirected as follows:
- Change Assignment Group to: VPP-IMITS-Remote Apps
- Transfer Code: Reassign to Another for Further Resolution
- Transfer Reason: User needs their Citrix profile reset in order to resolve the issue

This is an issue with the windows registry and cannot be resolved by the Profile EMR team. Please reset user’s Citrix profile to resolve the issue. Here are the Citrix servers that would be affected by the profile reset request:
- SPCTXAVXA006
- SPCTXAVXA007
- SPCTXAVXA012
- SPCTXAVXA013
- SPCTXAVXA014
- SPCTXAVXA015

2. Notify user of the redirection, and let them know to call Service Desk to escalate the ticket if necessary.
