Background
User accounts are inactivated if they have not logged into Profile EMR:
- Providers (physicians and nurse practitioners) - 2 months
- All other users - 6 months
- Read only users - 6 months
To inactivate, user account status field changed from Active to Inactive.

Note: Forward user replies in response to inactivation emails to the Support Analysts (Raman and Mandeep) and copy Manson
Problem
User emails EMRHelp for reactivation.
Solution
- In Production, verify user was inactivated:
- Report > Stored Reports
- View filter defaults to Last 7 days, created by anyone
- May need to switch to Last 90 days, created by anyone if the inactivation happened more than 7 days ago
- Double click on Accounts disabled due to inactivity report
- There are 3 different reports separating physicians, NPs, and all others and you may need to change each of the reports for the user
- Find user's name
- Email ESA's at imitspccommunity@vch.ca to reactivate the user account
- Email user back to confirm they have been reactivated and inquire about why they haven't logged into the system
- Copy Raman and Mandeep who are gathering data re: reasons
