Problem
User reports an issue with where all of the fields in the Scan Processor > Properties tab are greyed out.
Solution:
There are two reasons that this issue happens:
- More than one person has the clinic Scan/Fax network folder open. Only one person can have the folder open at a time, otherwise, the Scan Processor fields become read-only. To troubleshoot, ask the user to check with their colleagues if anyone else has the folder open.
- The user has read-only access to the Scan/Fax network folder. To troubleshoot, ask the user to fax a test document to their folder and try to delete it. If it doesn't allow them to delete the document,
