The Caseload Manager tool was released to clinicians and CSC/CA roles.
POS Deployment
The tool is not available for all POSs. Deployment was limited out of performance concerns. If a user who has access to the Caseload Manager icon attempts to launch it at a POS that it has not been deployed to, they will receive the following message:
Only the POSs listed in the Short Code MHSU POS List will be able to successfully launch Caseload Manager.
