Problem
The form has display issues where some text overlaps and other parts are cut off when viewing within Profile EMR.

Solution
- Check with another team member to see if they are experiencing the same form display issue
- Determine the font that is being used in the affected form
- Open your computer's Settings > Personalization > Fonts
- Search for the font identified in Step 2 to confirm whether it is installed on your system
- If the font is not installed:
- Contact a Profile EMR team member to obtain the required font file (ensure it is a TrueType Font (.ttf) file)
- Return to Settings > Personalization > Fonts
- Click on Browse and install fonts
- Locate and select the downloaded font file to install
- Confirm the font now appears in your system's font list
