Application Assignment Groups
Assignment Groups are how service calls are triaged and resourced. Each big application that our team supports has its own Assignment Group. In order to assign a ticket to yourself, you must be a member of the Assignment Group that the ticket belongs to. Check with your lead or manager to find out which application(s) you will be supporting. Here is a list of applications and their assignment groups.
