Problem
The transaction POS is null.
Solution
1. Log in to Profile EMR with your sys admin account.
2. Right click on the transaction.
3. Select Set Properties.
4. Re-enter the clinician name.
5. The POS should auto populate. If it does not, discuss with a clinician on the EMR team to determine the correct POS and ask them to re-assign with their sys-admin account.
Note: Be careful selecting the Doctor's name to ensure you have the correct Doctor, some have similar names.
