CHWs may report being "kicked out" of Procura mobile. This can be a result of the Procura App remaining in Deep Sleeping status even when the app is being used.
Follow these steps to remove Procura from Deep Sleeping Apps status.
Go to Settings > Battery > Background usage limits > Deep sleeping apps.
Tap on the vertical ellipses menu > Remove > select Procura > Remove.
The app is now removed from Deep Sleeping app status and is removed from the Deep Sleeping Apps list.
