An existing EMR user requests access to QI environment.
Solution
Send below email template:
Hello ,
We have received your request for access to the Profile EMR QI Environment. All requests need to be approved by the Data Release and Access Management Office (DRAMO) and require a QI Access Icon.
Please click on the below eForm link to start the process and apply for your QI Access Icon. Once access has been approved, you will be provided an eLearning course to complete.

If you have not received your QI Icon within 2 weeks follow up with Service Desk using your TSRequest number from the confirmation they send you when you apply.

Once access has been approved, the below attached documents are provided to the user.
Note: QI is unavailable on the first Friday of every month for refresh
