Change Name of Course
Add SCORM
- From the LearningHub course, click Open Course

- Turn Editing on
- Click Add an activity or resource
- Select SCORM package
- Click Add
- Enter Name of the module
- Drag and drop the SCORM into Package file
- Expand Appearance
- Deselect Display activity name
- Select Show more…
- Select Display package in New window
- Expand Activity Completion
- Completion tracking > Select Show activity as complete when conditions are met
- Require grade > Select Student must receive a grade to complete this activity
- Require Status > Select Completed
- Click Save and return to course
Edit SCORM
- Click Edit > Edit Settings
- Click on the SCORM package
- To update SCORM with different name > Select SCORM > Click Delete
- To download SCORM > Select SCORM > Click Download
- Are you sure you want to delete this file > Click OK
- Drag and drop the new SCORM package
- Click Save and return to course
Download SCORM
You can download a SCORM to use in a different course
- Go to the SCORM > Edit > Edit Settings
- Select SCORM > Click Download
- Click Cancel
- Click Cancel
Add File
- Click Add and activity or a resource
- Enter Name
- Drag and drop file
- Expand Appearance
- Display In pop-up
- Do not Display resource description
- Expand Activity completion
- Completion tracking > Show activity complete when conditions are met
- Click Save and return to course
Edit File
- Turn editing on
- Edit > Edit settings
- If the name of the file is the same > drag and drop to replace
- Save and return to course OR
- If the file name is different > Select the file to delete > Click Delete
- Click Ok to delete
- Upload the new file
- Save and return to course
Upload File Zip and Set Main File
Instructions for a zip file that is not a SCORM
- Add an activity or resource
- Enter Name
- Upload zip
- Select zip
- Click Unzip
- Select the Main file > Click Set main file
- Save and return to course
Add URL
- Turn editing on
- Add an activity or resource > Select URL
- Click Add
- Enter Name
- Enter External URL
- Expand Appearance
- Display > In pop-up
- Expand Activity Completion
- Completion tracking > Show activity as complete when conditions are met
- Save and return to course
Set up Course Completion
- In the Administration block
- Click Course Completion
- Condition: Activity Completion
- Select the modules that are required for the learner to complete
- Condition requires > ALL selected activities to be completed
- Click Save Changes
Restrict Access to a Resource
- Turn editing on
- Go to the resource
- Expand Restrict access
- Click Add restriction > Activity completion
- Student must match the following
- Activity completion Resource 1 must be marked complete
- Click Add restriction
- Expand Activity completion
- Show activity as complete when conditions are met
- Student must view this activity to complete it
- Click Save and return to course
Change Name of Course
- In the Administration block
- Click Edit Settings
- Update Course full name and Course short name
- Click Save and Display
