Occasionally, we are required to generate a Learning Catalogue report to track key metrics such as the number of courses, completions, registrations, and other relevant statistics. Follow the steps below to access and work with the report:

Access the Report

Note: You must be connected to the VPN for this link to work.

Landing Page
After clicking the link, you’ll be directed to the report’s main page. -
Select Date Range
Use the calendar icons to enter the Start Date and End Date.Tip: To capture all available courses, use January 1, 2018 as the start date and today’s date as the end date.

Generate the Report
Click on the View Report button. -
Export to Excel
Click the floppy disk icon (save/export dropdown), and select Excel to download the report. -
Open the Report
Locate the Excel file in your Downloads folder and open it. -
View Raw Data
The file will contain raw data. You can now apply filters and extract sections as required. -
Filter for Inactive Courses

Apply a filter to the Status column.

Select Inactive from the dropdown.

Copy all resulting rows and paste them into a new tab.

Name the tab Inactive Courses.

Filter for Classroom Courses

Change the Status filter to Active.

Apply a filter to the Course Type column and select Classroom.

Copy all resulting rows and paste them into a new tab.

Name the tab Classroom.

Filter for PARIS Online Courses

With Status set to Active and Course Type set to Online, use the search/filter field in the Course column.

Type PARIS to filter the list.
-
Copy the results and paste them into a new tab.

Name the tab PARIS.

Repeat for Other Keywords
Repeat the same process as in step 10 for other systems or keywords such as:

Pixalere
