Background
Scheduled Extracts and Reports typically utilize the Data Reporting Tool (DRT). Due to this, a technical resource is required, whether a developer or the EMR System Administrator.
Requests to update the list of recipients can come directly from a user, or it can be an outcome of a Change Request.
Prerequisite: Requester to Complete the SO Request Form
If a request was received for this Standard Order but without using the SO request form, send the form's URL link to the requester. After receiving the form submission, ensure all the mandatory fields are completed before proceeding. If not, discuss further with the requester.
Note: If the request is internal, it is best practice (but not mandatory) to complete the SO Request Form.
Prerequisite: Forward SO to EMR SA/Tech
Once ready for fulfillment, forward the information to PCCEMRSystemAdministrator@vch.ca or the appropriate Tech by copying and pasting the below to an email, attaching the completed PDF, and replacing EMR-##### with the JIRA ID:

- Assign the JIRA to yourself once you begin to fulfill the request

- Save any related files to the SO work item folder
- Resolve the JIRA when its completed
- Notify the requester with the EMRStandardOrders@vch.ca email CC'd
- Send out the SO Completed email with the EMRStandardOrders@vch.ca email CC'd
- Move any related emails of this work to the 01 Completed folder in the EMRStandardOrders@vch.ca mailbox

Fulfillment Instructions
Reminder to the EMR SA/Tech: After deployment, complete the post-deployment steps (contact the requester regarding the request's completion, close JIRA, and save out any appropriate files to the SO folder).
BOOST Query
- Log into SQAPPEMR001 (or any other server with access to KDC-Temp) with SA account
- Navigate to \\10.251.219.3\kdc-temp\Paris\EMR\BOOST_LIVE\
- Copy the "config.xml" file in that folder, paste into the backup and Dev folder for this work item

Edit the one in the Dev folder, use ctrl+f to find the POS's name that you want to delete or add
For example, search for HLY, underneath it you'll see the ToAddress Division, remove or add recipients, and separate by semi-colons
PQI Form Usage Reports
- Navigate to \\vch.ca\departments\PCCIS SA Share\SA\Automation\Profile EMR\Live\DRT Live\DRT_Reporting_Monthly_1st\EMR-7352 - PQI Form Usage Reports
- Make a back up of config.xml
- Edit the file config.xml, update the <ToAddress> line, email addresses should be separated by semicolon (;)
All Other Extracts/Reports
- Log into SQAPPEMR001 (or any other server with access to KDC-Temp) with SA account
- Navigate to \\10.251.219.3\kdc-temp\Paris\EMR
- Locate and navigate into the folder associated to the extract/report that needs to be update
- Create a copy of the file into a Rollback/Backup folder attached to the request
- Open the Report Recipients.txt file in notepad. Below is in example of the file contents:
- To update the To recipients, amend the first line of the file with appropriate email addresses, separated by semi-colons as needed
- To update the CC recipients, amend the second line of the file with appropriate email addresses, separated by semi-colons as needed. Note: this line can also be blank if no CC recipients are required.
