What is the Gender Error Report
This report produces results if there has ever been clients where the gender does not match what is from the previous version. This may indicate an issue where the patient record may have become unsynchronized with PARIS patient record
Process Steps
- Log into Production EMR with your SA-role credentials
- Open the Excel with today's date in the file name at this location: \\vch\departments\pcac_emr\01 - PCCEMR\01-Reports and Data Extracts\Reports\Operational\PC1903-1GenderError\Report
- Enter the password to open the file (found in Analyst password safe, and matches the hidden results report)
- This excel lists all the affected rows, including historic ones that have been remediated already. For every row that has a modify date of yesterday or since the last business day:
- Open Alter Client for the PARIS ID listed
- Click on PARIS Update icon
- Once a prompt shows that it has been updated and needs to close, re-open Alter Client for that client to verify that the last modification date is up to date (located at the bottom of the window frame)
- Open Alter Client for the PARIS ID listed
