Version Tracker
When New Clinic Toolkit work item folders are copied from 08-EMR Toolkits, the version is visible as a Text Document within the main work item folder.
Please update the table when you modify any of the New Clinic Toolkit articles. Please follow the below instructions when you create/modify a line of the table.
1. Most recent one at the top of the table
2. The version number is the actual start date of the revision
3. Ticket number (if results from a work item) is linked to the Jira ticket page
4. Use the same status as Jira (i.e. Analysis Active, Development Active, etc.)
5. Update work item folder Text Document name to new Version and send email to VCH PCC EMR TEAM <VCHPCCEMRTEAM@vch.ca> when a new New Clinic Toolkit version is in Done status
